Throughout the interview process, the candidate needs to be professionally dressed, with a good internet connection (if they can not be, it’s important that they let me know so that I can inform Our Hiring Manager)
If they can not use Zoom for the first interview, again it is important to let us know so that we can set up a phone call for the first round, with a chance at progressing onwards.
The first half will be with the Our Hiring Manager as a group setting via Zoom (working similarly to a webinar so nothing to worry about!). He will explain to you in more detail about the company, current roles and goals of the company and, if you were to be successful, how you will fit into all of that!
The second half, Our Hiring Manager will explore on a one to one basis, any questions that are tailored to your personal situation and prepare you for the next steps ahead, if successful.
All in all, the first round appointment will last approx 30mins.
This interview will be held with one of our Corporate Trainers, again via Zoom on a one to one basis. It is an opportunity for you to ask our Trainers what their experience is like working at Iconic Trend; having an understanding about their story and why they joined our company. We have created a presentation to thoroughly explain a few things.
The Corporate Trainers thankfully clear their schedules for up to 45 mins, especially for if you have any additional questions.
The final interview will be held over Zoom with Our Hiring Manager, to evaluate the interview process overall (how you found it), your company knowledge and ultimately making a decision if you have been successful or not. This usually lasts approximately 20-30 mins.
